Daynatech was founded in 1988 when the late Mr. Day, a Newcastle school teacher with a passion for engineering, turned his vision into reality in a modest shed on his property. As the business expanded, it moved to Georgetown and later in 2007 established a purpose-built facility in Thornton, led by Mrs. Hanson until her retirement.

Today, Daynatech remains proudly Australian-owned, serving Newcastle and extending our reach nationwide. They stock a good range of quality products (not the cheap nasty stuff available) and service all of their own products and most of the others as well. They have the parts to back them up and normally can get you going off the shelf. If there is a problem you can get a loan machine to keep going. How long does it take to receive a new machine?

If your machine is not in stock, it typically arrives from Sydney within 1–2 business days. Our technician will deliver it at no additional cost and ensure it is fully set up for use.

Do you offer on-site service and maintenance?

Yes, we offer both on-site repairs and maintenance. Our team can also schedule service reminders and come to your location when maintenance is due. Additionally, we do not charge a call-out fee.

What areas do you service?

We service the Newcastle area, Hunter Valley, and Central Coast, with plans to expand across NSW, including Greater Sydney.

How often should I service my machine?

We recommend servicing your equipment every 3, 6, or 12 months depending on usage. Regular servicing ensures your machine operates efficiently and prolongs its lifespan.

What happens if my machine breaks down?

We offer free repair quotes and aim to complete repairs within a day. If a longer repair time is anticipated, we provide complimentary loan machines to minimise downtime.

Do you offer machine rentals?

We do not rent out machines directly, as we often supply our machines to local hire companies. However, we are happy to recommend trusted rental providers for your short-term needs.

Do you provide financing options?

Although we do not offer financing directly, we are happy to assist you by making enquiries on your behalf to explore available financing options.
