The SPITWATER Heating Cylinder is an innovative solution designed to convert your existing high-pressure cold water cleaner into a powerful hot water machine instantly. It’s not a pressure cleaner itself but works as an add-on to your existing pressure cleaner, transforming pressurised cold water into hot water for enhanced cleaning capability.

Simply connect the Heating Cylinder to a suitable 240-volt power supply, add diesel into the tank, attach the hoses, and you’re ready to generate hot water up to 90°C. This system works with most high-pressure cold water cleaners, whether single-phase or three-phase electric, petrol, or diesel-powered. With its portability and low power requirement (10A), it is perfect for on-site use where a 240V power source is available.

The Heating Cylinder features a diesel-fired burner and a long, horizontally mounted seamless mild steel coil—the longest in its class. This horizontal design ensures efficient heating, less soot build-up, and extended coil life. The Heating Cylinder can handle pressures up to 250 Bar (3626 psi) and flows up to 21 L/min, making it suitable for a variety of heavy-duty cleaning tasks.

Using hot water offers significant advantages, such as faster removal of grease, oil, and other stubborn contaminants, making it an essential tool for industrial, commercial, and agricultural cleaning tasks.
