The SPITWATER Model HP3523 is a heavy-duty, industrial-grade high-pressure cold water cleaner designed for extreme cleaning tasks. Manufactured at the Albury factory, it is powered by a robust 15 kW (20 hp) electric motor with a Star Delta starter for ultimate safety. The motor is coupled through a maintenance-free V-belt drive to the Italian-designed Interpump W3523 crankshaft piston pump, operating at 1450 rpm, ensuring exceptional reliability and performance.
With an impressive water pressure of 350 Bar (5076 psi) and a flow rate of 23 L/min, the HP3523 is the largest in its class. It is ideal for daily use in cleaning large industrial equipment, maintaining extensive equipment fleets, and handling large-scale earth-moving cleaning tasks.
The water cooling tank, unique to SPITWATER’s industrial range, protects pump seals from overheating when in bypass mode (trigger closed), extending pump life and minimising maintenance. Other advanced features include an in-line filter for protecting pistons and seals, a stainless steel gun with an S3-350 lance for durability, and a VS350 safety valve for over-pressure protection.
