A turbo nozzle for a pressure cleaner offers enhanced cleaning performance with a concentrated conical water stream, delivering powerful and efficient results. Its high-strength ceramic nozzle and seat ensure durability, while rubber protection absorbs shocks for reliability during use. The patented internal spring system eliminates clearance, allowing the nozzle to start in any position. With a variable nozzle size, it handles pressures up to 3,650 PSI and flows from 4.3 to 29 L/min, operating effectively within temperatures of 5°C to 100°C. Made with a robust brass body, 1/4″ bsp female inlet, the nozzle is lightweight at 412 g, making it both efficient and easy to handle.

Signs of Nozzle Wear:
Uneven spray patterns.
Loss of pressure.
Larger spray angles.
Visible pitting or damage on the nozzle.
Why Nozzles Wear Out:
Abrasive Particles: Dirt or sand in the water erodes the nozzle.
High Pressure: Intense water jets gradually wear down materials.
Chemical Corrosion: Harsh chemicals weaken the nozzle over time.
Material Fatigue: Repeated pressure cycles degrade the nozzle.
Improper Use: Using the wrong nozzle for the task accelerates wear.
Poor Maintenance: Debris buildup or lack of cleaning causes damage.
Low-Quality Materials: Softer materials like plastic wear out faster.
Prevention Tips:
Use water filters to trap particles.
Choose durable nozzles like stainless steel, brass or ceramic.
Clean and inspect nozzles regularly.
Match nozzle type to the pressure cleaner and task.
Replace worn nozzles promptly to maintain performance.
